Chili Lime Fish Tacos Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Tilapia or other firm white fish
  • Salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder to taste
  • 4 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3-4 T chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Sprinkle fish to taste with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and garlic powder. Don't be afraid to use a heavy hand. You want the flavors to be bold.

2. Add fish to a ziplock with extra virgin olive oil and chopped cilantro (reserve a few tablespoons of chopped cilantro for the fixings). This step can be done several hours ahead but at least a half hour.
